Surface preparation

• New surface (steel surface): Metal surface must be dry and clean, free from dust, rust and wax.
• Old surface (steel surface): Polish off all peeling paint film. and clean without dust, rust, and grease stains

Painting system

• Primer color
  • Steel work: Paint with red rust-proof primer TOA G1024, 1 - 2 coats (40 microns / 1 coat).
  • mixed steel work
    • Apply foundation with TOA Wash Primer G-1168, 1 coat (10 microns / 1 coat).
    • Apply 1 - 2 coats of rust-proof red primer TOA G1024 (40 microns / 1 coat).
• Topcoat: Apply topcoat with TOA Glipton varnish, 2 coats (30 microns / 1 coat).
